DISCLAIMERS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A FEW THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW. Payment - Until the client is set on a permanent date, the date will remain open. Once the date is decided the client will pay a non-refundable deposit (included in total fee) that will secure their date. All payments are to be made on the day of the session in cash. Cancellation - Should the client feel the need to cancel a session, they are allowed one emergency cancellation. All other cancellations should be given 48 hours prior to the session date and an additional deposit will need to be paid. If a cancellation is needed because of weather or emergency on behalf of the photographer, then no deposit is needed. Punctuality - Please be sure to be on time for your session. The session times are set with the best lighting and weather in mind. Because of this, please be aware of any insuring traffic that may be present in the surrounding area and make sure not to schedule any hair or makeup appointments too close to
